Just letting you know I tried all day and I’m stumped! I mean sour cream is curdled milk but obvs there’s more to it. Tried the “spoonerisms” route but might be a dead end!

Don’t stop with sour cream, Katie, because 1) it isn’t made by curdling milk and 2) other things are.

Everything in the clue is there for a reason.

I fell down a hole and learned a few things. Before I fell down the hole I was sure it was cottage cheese 😂

I didn’t either. Apparently it’s like a state of fermentation of milk before separation and you can make all sorts of things with it
