My first thought for being happy is to change your environment so that changing your behaviour is easier.
My second is to change your story so that changing your behaviour feels desirable and possible.
Are you unhappy about something in your life? Find a story that energises you to make the change you need to make. Maybe you need a little story that gets you out of bed and exercising. Maybe you need a big story that shifts your entire worldview. Find it. Tell it. Let it do its work on your thinking.

Willpower is weak. Instead of saying no and trying to willpower yourself away from whatever it is you’re trying to say no to, tell yourself: I can have it in 10 minutes. Urges, like emotions, are a physical/chemical thing in your body. If you put them off for a few minutes, they are likely to weaken significantly or disappear entirely.
What do I give my actual buddies? The clue:
The people who associate with me only because they want something get faeces.
The extra clue: Antimetabole
Answers in the comments, please.
This is a bit of a melancholy vibe for heading into the weekend, but – my goodness! – it’s gorgeous.
Happy weekend!

I really like the Friday treecap. It gives my brain time to think stuff over and them revisit that stuff again. I am however, very bad at the Punzel.
Write an advice book please. :)
