Carrot bacon 🥓 in my horizon!
We ate some last night. It was delicious as always.
Quite often, I roast them with olive oil and herbs. A tweek of sweet maple syrup and Himalayan salt on them is making me salivate. Techniques are so much fun to employ 🥓
Made the carrot bacon and it’s a hit with my neighbors, too!
