So turn on your curiosity and go!
When you were a child your parents and the other adults in your life (hopefully) put limits on your ability to follow your curiosity in order to keep you safe.
Now you are a fully-fledged adult human, curiosity is probably not a problem any more. The danger you’re more likely to face is from an out-of-control tendency to stay safe.
What? is a good starting question. Next, I recommend Why? Keep going with the Why? You can always go another level deeper with Why?
A couple months ago Christine and I had a conversation with FFOREST friend Katerina Pavlakis about food and cooking. Katerina recorded our conversation for the latest episode of her excellent podcast At Home with the Intuitive Cook. (‘It’s not rocket science. It’s just dinner.’) Listen at the link or wherever you get your podcasts. You will learn about carrot bacon, what to do in a citrus-based emergency and lots of other good stuff. Look at us having an entire barrel of fun:
If you’ve been in the FFOREST for a while, you know how essential good food is to your personal growth. Katerina’s approach to food perfectly embodies the FFOREST way. I highly recommend her newsletter. It comes out every Sunday, which means you’ll have something FFORESTy to read on the weekend.
Grow slowly
