Sara Miles wrote a wonderful book about giving away groceries in San Francisco called Take This Bread.The thing that has stayed with me in the decade or so since I read it is her statement that everyone has something to teach me.
Life forms are vast and are our teachers as we are theirs. Fish, birds, human doings, I mean beings🤭amass our earth. I practice soul gazing. I make eye contact and look within the life forms. The interactions are what employ me and teach me. I only see the life that connects us and feel it. Life is a great Game. Handle with care🪷. Btw, great date!
What I am learning, is to feel the energy in everything, even inanimate objects. Even rocks 🪨 cry out👂Healy makes good products for this in health care.🪷
