I like thought 3. While the catastrophe is on my mind I'm trying not to be sucked in to the media machine. Russia are losing lives, Russia will soon be suffering in all manner of ways and Putin does not think he is the bad guy. The media doesn't tell us that USA have set up 4 biochemical labs in Ukraine breaking their promise of Ukraine being neutral.
Saying that, I am still 100% being Ukraine just not believing everything I am spoon-fed by the news
I’m going for no more 30 minutes a day to keep myself informed of what is going on. At the same time, I’m mindful that being able to spend 23.5 hours a day not doing the Ukraine invasion is an incredible luxury that tens of millions of people in Ukraine and the surrounding countries don’t have.
