I saved this Field Guide to make sure I could really dig in to learning even more about my friend and man, I'm inspired by your story and honored you shared this with the universe. My tagline is "we can do hard things" and you're just another example of that. I can't wait to see where this journey takes you and I'm for sure cheerleading all the way!
Skyler!! 🤩 The most important Field Guide!! Wow, you are for real my inspiration! There’s something to be said about the “good” kind of sore when you get up and you’re reminded of the work you put in to change your life for the better! The part we don’t always see is the PATIENCE it takes and how that helps us grow and change just as much as the muscles we build. Sounds like you might have patience for days after all these years of powering though. I LOVE seeing that last photo… you look so stoked!!! 😍 Thank you so much for sharing this with us! 💗
I am patiently impatient. I’m certainly an instant gratification lover, but I’m here for the long haul on this one and savoring it every sore step of the way.
I just started PT for my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome 3 months ago. I got completely demoralized after being told the list of things I can't do at 48 years old. I'm currently learning to jump with both feet at the same time. We can do this.

Thanks for being my cheerleader, and friend! 🫶🏻
Skyler!! Yes!! Thank you! So inspiring!
Get it, Skyler! ♥️
This is an awesome story, such a poignant description of how kids just tolerate the challenges they face
