Do you ever feel the urge to work out, or clean when youâre anxious/angry/sad? Jeff reminded us that emotions are physical events and the best way to regulate them is with a physical response. When you are experiencing a peak emotional state and want to calm down, donât try to think down. Do something physical.

Remember when Jeff reminded us on Tuesday to listen to our emotions? Yesterday, Jeff reiterated this notion with a different approach. Sometimes we feel a certain way because we have needs that arenât quite obvious to us in that moment because our focus is elsewhere. Next time youâre out of your normal happy vibe, ask:âŠ
Still no news on the job, but the office manager has dropped some hints that are ambiguously encouraging throughout this week.
My husband, Matt, has taken off to the frozen tundra of the Midwest for work. All week I have been worried heâs just not cut out for that kind of weather and cold, but heâs making it work so far.
