HEATHER LOCKLEAR!!!!!!!! (Love the red herring with the GUY part but once I considered the herring, I had that fish locked in! But yes, I had to google if that was a knitting reference haha!)
I have no idea how you got to Heather Locklear, so I definitely couldn't solve your version of this puzzle. The 'guy' is not a herring red or otherwise.
That guy (He there) is really good at scarves (lock lear) BUT!! Full disclosure, I was swooned by Google AI’s response to my inquiry “lock lear knitting” which spat out “lock Lear is a technique used to secure floating yarn in stranded colorwork.” A technique that would probably make for a really good scarfer. Or it’s just another British term I’m not familiar with. Either way: 500 creativity points but 450 deducted for relying on Google’s AI summary. Learn from me kids, DO YOUR RESEARCH!
I see! You (brilliantly) found Heather then forced the rest of the clue to mean Locklear. You can keep your 500 creativity points, but no additional points because you bullied the clue.
Last week, the clue was a straightforward restatement of the pun. This week it points you in the direction of the pun. Also, the pun is not the Hollywood star’s name, but it will lead you easily to his name.
Oh no! This one is too hard. I'm asking people to reverse engineer my brain, something no one should have to do.
How would you describe someone who is really good at scarves? The correct answer to that is a pun of a movie title in which the Hollywood Star in question had the leading role.

Wait, so I’m wrong?!
Dying laughing at this response. Who knows, I believed you were right just from the sheer confidence in your comment. 🤣

You're killing Jeff. He can't figure it out and has spent way too much time on breaking it down.

Jeff said how dare you leave us for 2 weeks with no answer. How. Dare. You.
It's coming tomorrow! It was meant to be today but Mother's Day (UK) + launching my company's new brand got in the way.
Sounds pretty busy!
