So the thing is the thing, now. Now the thing is I stay up in the wee hours. 2 years ago, the thing was to go to bed at dark, rising before dawn in my rv. The thing changes. I rise late morning which is the thing now. I have resisted but it has persisted to be the thing now. I am leaning into it finally and itโs really a good thing. Things change, often๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐

One of the most uncomfy aspects of aging is realizing youโre not into The Thing anymore, so much so that you donโt recognize your younger self. They donโt prepare you for that!
Margaret Thatcher may have got by on very little sleep but she also got Alzheimer's in later life and was a shadow of her former self. I wonder if the lack of sleep contributed towards that?

It's true! The positive side is that we old people tend to feel more comfortable being into *our* thing, no matter how odd or uncool it may be.
