Years ago, I watched a documentary about a Komodo dragon hunting a deer. The Komodo dragon injured the deer but didn’t manage to kill it. Then it didn’t do anything but follow the deer for a couple days until the deer was too weak and exhausted to keep running away.
For the last 150ish years, the most certain way to build wealth has been to invest consistently over decades in a diverse portfolio of stocks and shares. The consistency is more important than the amounts.
The way to lose weight is to consistently burn more calories than you eat.
When we moved into our last house, it had a little cherry tree in the garden. When we moved out 20 years later, the cherry tree was rather large.

investment in your personal growth is the way to become the person you want to be.
You don’t have to Marie Kondo your whole life. (Marie Kondo doesn’t even Marie Kondo her whole life anymore.) You can be mostly lazy as long as you are investing relentlessly in things that contribute to your growth.

I saw that documentary, too!😊 I date on Facebook since moving to a new area. I have had to answer the question how can I be 70? I had to look within for a good answer. It’s choosing organic, no additives, preservatives, food coloring, fragrance (use oils), scant alcohol, exercise, stretching, meditating, breathwork, and on and on as many of us do. Those are daily small choices that give you back youth in ageing. Graceful ageing is a lifestyle.
