This week’s TREE topics hit home, and were pretty heavy on the heart. I hope that revisiting these issues enlightened, revitalized, reminded, and brought forward things that should be focused on and practiced.
On Monday
Jeff reminded us who is in the driver’s seat when it comes to our emotions. Remember, it only takes one small thing.
Tuesday
We focused on the things that could bring our moods down (and to be honest, this week there have been a plethora), but to make the most out of the wins we wrangle.
Wednesday
We remember that sometimes a nap is all it takes to pull yourself back to being a present part of the moment. Have a rest, even the Mayo Clinic recommends it.
And yesterday
We were reminded not to exaggerate the things we have to tackle, but not to belittle them either. We can do all the things.
I’m not as punny as Jeff, but I’ll give you a fun brain buster to get through the weekend;
They fill me up and you empty me almost everyday. If you lift my arm up, I work the opposite way. What am I?
ANSWER: A mailbox.
I don’t have a fun one for this week, but no one tried to figure it out either.
What would you like to see in our weekly TREEcap?
This week we were hit with some things that may reinforce the idea of “giving up on humanity”. That’s not the way to go through our day to days. I hope this weekend, you can be the reason that the faith is restored.
Happy Weekend <3

I'm from Australia and we don't have the arm on our mail boxes! I've seen it in enough American movies to understand the answer though.
