📚 TREE 784: Behind the scenes update

PS ‘Grow slowly’ is not just a catch phrase. I started doing calisthenics when I was a young teenager and have done them on and off since (mostly off). I’m 50 now. It’s only been in the last couple months that I’ve understood their beauty as a form of exercise and started to genuinely like them. Don’t stress about your rate of progress. You have time.
