Have you ever seen mountains? When was the last time they took your breath away? If you haven’t seen them in real life, please at least enjoy this photo taken by my wife of one beautiful mountain we have experienced. One thing I love about mountains and the ocean is that they remind us how small we are. Our problems and our successes seem insignificant when we consider the grandiosity of these landforms. Take a moment to express your gratitude for the impact of such beauty and profundity. Express gratitude that you get to live in a world that has wonder, whimsy, and a whole lot more splendor than the little worlds to which we often relegate ourselves.
Bonus! Extra gratitude resources.
I just came from a retreat in Big Sur, so I’m feeling the mountain and ocean gratitude a lot today!
