A recipe for chilli
1 red onion
1 white/brown onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 stick celery
1 large carrot
1 heaped tsp cumin
1 heaped tsp coriander
1 heaped tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
1 large tbsp chilli powder
1 tin black beans
1 tin pinto beans
1 cup corn
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 cup veggie broth
Chop up first ingredients and add to a little hot oil in stock pot. Cook until softened.
Add second load of ingredients and cook for a few minutes.
Add third lot of ingredients and simmer, covered, until amazing.
