This moment, right here, right now is the only place you exist. This continuous now is where you always are. So, before you get pulled away into thinking what must be done later and what happened before, spend a little time paying attention to when and where your life actually happens. Notice something around you or in you that is beautiful or silly or glorious or comfortable. Just enjoy it for a bit. Notice the delightful oddity of conscious existence. You live within the gift of a nonstop now that is full of endless things to see and do and experience and enjoy when you take the time to notice.
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea.
This is – not ironically, cringingly or guiltily – one of my favourite pop songs ever. It always makes me feel happy (Spotify).
Grow slowly

I waited to read TREE today, which is not normal for my routine. I have spent most of today making mental lists of what needs to be done, dinner menus for the week and grocery shopping. Im glad I waited.
