I have three questions for you to ask yourself this week. (Question 1)
What unexpected thing can I do today?
When I was shopping earlier this week, I bought an unplanned avocado. As soon as I got home I made guacamole and ate it in a wrap with roasted carrots. I had no idea that was going to happen. It was a lovely surprise.
How can you mix things up today? Surprise yourself. Surprise someone else. Routines require disruption so they donβt become stale. Activate your disruptor gland!
When I went down to the beach at dusk, I did not expect to meet this guy. His name is B.L. Zeebob. He supplies foraged seaweed and samphire to several Michelin-starred restaurants. He said he got up to some crazy stuff in the past, but he didnβt want to tell me about it. Nice bloke. I hope to see him again sometime.
Hereβs another old-fashionedish kind of song from the artist formerly known as Baby Spice. (Spotify)

I surprised myself by buying a 31 year old Chevy camper van--suddenly--on the last day of August. Took a month to repair. and I've just winterized it. But think we'll take off in it after January. It's a kind of avocado, I'm sure.
Hmm, Iβm sensing a spin-off newsletter, βunplanned avocadosβ
