I am a graphic designer of average talent, but I have high standards and I’m persistent. My design process is keep pounding on a thing until it works and then keep working with it until it’s good (and preferably better than last time).

Persistence + high standards is a formula that has been working for me and making my employers and clients happy for 22 years.

Don’t worry if you’re not the best. Persist. And keep raising your standards.
