A good fitness plan is about what you are moving towards, permanently. It’s a compelling vision of a future that you are excited about working towards. It’s an adventure that you get to go on.
Find an exercise that you get to do.
Discover real food that you get to eat.
For me, running three mornings a week followed by calisthenics in the park is a privilege not a chore. For me, eating a plant-based diet full of (mostly Christine’s) creativity is freedom not a restriction.
