The likes and shares are not the thing.
However you express your creativity, that is the thing.
Whether that’s writing, speaking, raising children, working with spreadsheets, building, managing, acting, repairing, or anything else – the thing the thing.

Let’s say your thing is drawing.
The right paper is not the thing.
The perfect pen is not the thing.
The desk is not the thing.
The cup of coffee is not the thing.
the north-facing window is not the thing.
Only drawing is the thing.
Everything else is scaffolding or distraction.
Spend your most of your time
and your most productive time
doing the thing,
