Jill, I have offered various merchandises over the years. No one was ever interested. Nor was I interested enough to keep offering it until they were.
In the original version of this post, I wrote that I was content with saying 90% of what I meant 90% of the way I wanted to say it. Last week I listened to Rick Rubin’s conversation with Neal Allen and Anne Lamott (https://www.tetragrammaton.com/content/anne-neal). She talked about her friend who has the Church of 80% Sincerity (https://books.google.co.uk/books/about/The_Church_of_80_Sincerity.html). I like the idea of that. It, in turn, made me think of Pareto’s 80/20 rule. I think 80% is probably closer to reality, so I changed the number for this version.
