I have one last question for you before 2025 ends.
What thing that I have been procrastinating about can I make progress on today?
The amount of mental weight you will be relieved of as soon as you take some small but substantive action on That Thing is completely worth any pain involved in the process.
Also, the pain you are avoiding is probably much smaller than your procrastinator gland is making it out to be.
Do yourself a huge favour. Lighten your life. Take action on the thing you’ve been avoiding.

I am a master procrastinator. I always have the mantra “diamonds are created under pressure”, meaning if I’m not under pressure, my final result wont be good enough.
But one thing I can make progress on today is wrapping Christmas presents while my daughter is at school so I dont have to spend late nights up after she’s asleep wrapping her gifts. This might seem small, but tired Skyler is not fun. Being more rested will equate to being more present. Presence over perfection.
This is our last Book of TREE post for the year, ffamily! I will provide our final send off with a TREEcap tomorrow.
Grow slowly

I have zero procrastination in my dna. Opposite....I am proactive to the point I have to reel myself back in. So my work is to wait, let the dust settle, and reconsider. I like it😉Everything is in flux at the moment. Naptime😴
I wonder where the procrastinator gland is located in my body.
