Building up is more effective than tearing down. So give yourself an effectiveness boost as you head into the second half of the week. Think of three things you’ve done lately that you are proud of. They don’t have to be big things.
I’ll tell you one of mine. I haven’t been on X. I stopped using Twitter regularly almost 10 years ago, but I would still go back and wallow in the nastiness anytime something big happened in the political or religious world. There are big things happening every five minutes right now, but I haven’t been on X since sometime last summer. I’ve consumed more news than is good for me, but I haven’t been on X. I’m proud of that. (The other two things are small bits of progress on personal goals. Not everything in life needs to go not the internet.)
When you have three things, think about why you are proud of those things. Tell yourself well done and start your day with a nice bit of bounce.
FKA Twigs’ new album is worth listening to.
Print update: I opened my photo scans in Affinity Photo (My chosen Photoshop alternative because I don’t appreciate Adobe’s bloat and extortion) and stacked them to create a view of Selsley Common that has never existed before.
You’re doing great! Keep going.

Much intention on building family up. My self care is in balance. Began tai chi again. Big things are opportunities for preparation for a season. I’m changing again.
