Clutter builds up, digital maybe even more than physical. How long has it been since you decluttered your digital life?
Here’s a digital clear-out checklist:
Search ‘unsubscribe’ in your email app, then unsubscribe from every newsletter you’re not excited to read
Delete the apps that you aren’t using or that are wasting your time
Unfollow any social accounts that aren’t helping you grow
Turn off notifications that get in the way of living your real life
Clear out your downloads folder
Let Google or Apple help you tidy up your photos
Empty your trash/bin
Rearrange your home screen so it supports the way you want to use your phone
Find some fresh wallpaper
Have I missed anything?
An hour or two tidying your phone and computer can create a surprising amount of clear space in your brain.
Of course you’ve heard Raye’s Where The Hell Is My Husband but have you listened to her whole new album yet? It does indeed contain hope.
This week I made use of CleanMyMac’s free seven-day trial and freed up 40 GB of space on my computer.
Grow slowly
Jeff

I clean my screen often. Like my home, clutter is distracting. I have only things that feed my soul; Bible, Sadguru, news I trust, and recipes for us with delicate systems😉 I have Buddhist' jokes and mom of 7 with 4 quads! I'm busy with life otherwise so my phone is a tool. I don't even flinch anymore when it dings me. Some things just make sense to me.😉
