I have Gatekeepers I use to relieve anxious thinking. They remind me to breathe, feeling the temperature of warm and cool in my nostrils. Another says ride your bike. I do a few turns around the block and I forget I was uptight. Cleaning between the ears is ongoing🧠
I bike ride most everyday and get a free, happy feeling. When I feel crappy, I bike ride. It’s surprising how noticeably better I feel upon returning home. 🚴♀️

Changing your scenery, like when you go on a bike ride, can really help!

I ran back in the days, too. First 10 minutes, no bueno. Then the freedom comes and you're invincible!
So true. The first few steps are euphoria, then the pain kicks in, then it's good.
