One.
You can’t do anything about yesterday.
But today is a lot like yesterday,
except that you can do something about today.
Today,
how can you be a little more
playful,
silly,
skilful,
clever,
healthy,
kind,
creative
or
loving
than yesterday?
Each new day you have the chance to become a little more awesome at being an alive human.
Over time, all those little mores add up to a lot.
Two.
I haven’t seen American football in a decade or so. I remember it looking something like this.
Three.
Perhaps some motivation to do it differently today.
Grow slowly
Jeff
Today, I will be doing everything differently. I moved my rv to a new location. In 2 days I repinned my location twice. The ice tray cracked apart, the outdoor mat blew into an unnavigatable mess, the blueberries fell on the floor and I stepped on them crushing them into the new rug. That’s just a few of the things that happened yesterday. More comes to mind even now. But what I am doing better is choosing to laugh at the chaos that comes in ones or twos or flurries. It is working because laughing breaks the cycle of the poor me’s. I dislike the poor me’s so much I will laugh at mishaps on purpose until it’s my new habit. What are you changing up?
