One.
You probably donβt need to do more things.
You need to do the things you know you need to do.
What do you love?
What recharges you?
What fills you with joy?
What are you the best at?
What moves your business forward?
What helps you be the person you want to be?
What is the most effective use of your power?
What can you stop doing to free up more time for those things?
My friend (and member of the FOREST) Mark Pierce ditched telly so he could write a book. It changed his life and changes the lives of the people who read it.
Added note, not part of the throwback: Iβve stopped doing freelance design so I can focus on FOREST. Itβs costing me now. It will benefit me (and a lot of other people, I hope) in the medium and long run.

Bad idea: NFTs (non-fungible teas)
Three.
I was a 90s kid. In the actual 90s I was only listening to Christian music. So now I get to hear a lot of the songs of my youth for the first time, which is fun. This particular song from my youth is cover of a song from someone olderβs youth
In case youβve missed the announcements: Weβre having a TREE hangout on Wednesday 16 February.
Youβll be wanting a massage after tomorrowβs Feymansplaining.

Living in my rv brings me solace. I park where my environment nurtures me without any effort on my part. I communicate with the dove whose home Iβm visiting. Iβm listening to its cooing now before sunrise. Itβs the only time of day that I hear it this way, rather magical. I am conscious but not thinking, observing only. In the expanded moment I create space, noticing my breath. Iβm grateful for life. I recognize the gratitude and continue to be still. Stretching, coffee and the day unfolds. I accept all of it with joy. I love my life!
