To get out of bed?
To sit up?
To open your eyes?
Keep going smaller until you can say yes.
Then do it.
Then do the next small thing.
Life is a succession of small things
that you do one at a time.
It’s completely fine if some days
you make it through by shrinking
your focus down to
the smallest units
of doing.

Tina’s next small unit of doing will be backing away slowly. Bob, as usual, is oblivious to everything but the giant fly.

We’re experiencing a rare occurrence in the Gill household this week. Christine and I have the same album on repeat. It’s the new one from The War On Drugs. Grab some headphones and sink in.
