I have worked with Anna Jones, the vegetarian food writer, for about eight years. Unsurprisingly, she has taught me to be a better cook.Β
But she has also taught me something even more useful:Β in order to change minds, lead with the positive.
As a vegetarian, her ethos has always been about getting people to eat more vegetables and less meat. She made the conscious choice to show how satisfying and delicious vegetarian food is (not how wrong/bad/forbidden meat is). As a result, she is a best-selling author and thousands of people are eating less meat.Β
